Alejandra Curry

Alejandra “Ali” Curry, Director with Capright, has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2006.

Mrs. Curry has completed appraisal assignments in 10 US states of various property types, including industrial, office, retail, and multi-family assets. These assignments have primarily been completed for financial reporting for pension fund requirements, asset management and portfolio monitoring, and for collateral financing. The assignments have been prepared for a wide range of clients including pension funds, pension fund advisors, investment advisors, and national and regional financial institutions.

Prior to joining Capright, Mrs. Curry began her real estate career at MB Real Estate where she was a coordinator for Asset Management and Project Services. From this position, Mrs. Curry transitioned to Tenant Services Coordinator where she assisted with day-to-day operations in the management of over 1.4 million square feet of office space in the Chicago area.
