Sara DuVoisin, a Senior Associate with Capright, currently assists senior Capright management with research, financial analysis and valuation of commercial real estate assets within the United States. These assignments consist of various property types including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets. Ms. DuVoisin also has experience in the valuation of vacant land, medical office buildings, restaurants, and development assets.

Ms. DuVoisin researches and analyzes property-specific information, conducts market surveys, creates cashflow projections with financial modeling software and assists with the written composition of these appraisal reports. The primary purpose of these assignments varies from client to client; however, they are typically for financial reporting, asset management and portfolio monitoring and for loan monitoring purposes. These assignments have been prepared for a wide range of clients including real estate investment trusts, national and regional financial institutions, pension funds and pension fund advisors.

Previously, Ms. DuVoisin worked for a real estate brokerage in San Diego doing administration, market analysis and property management. Ms. DuVoisin graduated from the University of San Diego with a double major in Business Administration and Real Estate. She held departmental honors in both majors and graduated with the highest real estate honors distinction in her class.
