To date, Mr. Ticus has completed valuation assignments encompassing numerous commercial property types in over 25 US states and the District of Columbia. His experience includes a wide variety of engagements for a variety of purposes including financial reporting for pension fund requirements, asset management and portfolio monitoring, collateral financing, and estate and gift taxation. These assignments have been prepared for a wide range of clients including pension funds, pension fund advisors, investment advisors, corporations, life insurance companies, national and regional financial institutions, mortgage loan servicers, and attorneys.
Mr. Ticus has extensive experience in the valuation of commercial properties in the major asset classes of industrial, office, retail, and multi-family. In addition, Mr. Ticus has appraised vacant land, mixed-use developments, and self-storage facilities, and restaurants.
Mr. Ticus also has experience in property management, real estate accounting, and construction management as an employee for J & J Management, a real estate management and development firm based in Chicago. Mr. Ticus has also held positions as an intern at Merrill Lynch in the private banking sector and at Harrison Trading Group, LLC. While in college, Mr. Ticus was captain of the Grinnell College basketball team as well as a mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Iowa. State Licenses Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
