Lucian S. LaTourelle

Lucian S. LaTourelle, a Senior Associate with Capright, currently assists senior Capright staff with the research, financial analysis and valuation of commercial real estate assets within the U.S. and Brazil.

Mr. LaTourelle has completed valuation assignments of numerous property types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use and vacant land assets. The primary purpose of these assignments varies from client to client; however, they are typically for financial reporting, asset management and portfolio monitoring and for loan monitoring purposes. His assignments have been prepared for a wide range of clients including real estate investment trusts, national and regional financial institutions, pension funds and pension fund advisors.

Prior to joining Capright, Mr. LaTourelle held an internship with Marcus & Millichap where he worked with office, retail, industrial, multifamily and hospitality brokerage teams on the financial analysis of commercial real estate investments. Having served in numerous military operations aboard multipurpose amphibious assault ships, he is also a former U.S. Navy operations specialist. Mr. LaTourelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from Florida International University and studied Brazilian Economy at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Mr. LaTourelle is bilingual in English and Portuguese.
