Capright Attends Altus Connect in Miami, Florida

Capright had the pleasure of attending the #AltusConnect conference in Miami Beach. It was wonderful to be back at this excellent annual conference which had been on hiatus since 2019. Douglas Ticus, MAI, MRICS and Jonathan Gonzalez enjoyed the amazing list of speakers and quality content. It was great to hear how trends and market shifts have continued to evolve in a market that is constantly changing. Discussions on interest rates, lending, and liquidity were front and center.
