Steve Williams, Non Executive Director, has been active in commercial real estate since 1970.

He began his career as a valuer in Liverpool in England. Since then, he has worked as an appraiser for several international firms as well as owning his own appraisal business. For fourteen years from 2008, he was Executive Managing Director at digital information provider, Real Capital Analytics where he played a pivotal role in its global expansion.

Mr. Williams’ leadership roles have included President of the 140,000-member Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chair of the Appraiser Qualifications Board in Washington DC.,and President of the International Real Estate Society (IRES).

Educationally, Mr. Williams has been a visiting lecturer at Duke University’s Fuqua Business School, and an external examiner at MIT’s Center for Real Estate, GSU’s Robinson Business School, and the University of Wisconsin’s Graaskamp Center.. Currently, he is an external examiner for Masters courses in Real Estate and Real Estate Finance at the University of Reading’s, Henley  Business School in UK.
