To date, Mr. Oxtal completes and oversees valuation assignments encompassing numerous commercial and special purpose property types including multifamily, office, industrial, self-storage, retail, hospitality, condominium-hotel, PUD/subdivision land. Mr. Oxtal often specializes in large, portfolio valuations of institutional-grade assets across the United States. Mr. Oxtal has also served as an advisor in acquisition and disposition underwriting for clients.
Assignments have been completed for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, asset management, acquisition/disposition, loan underwriting, estate planning, feasibility, tax appeal and litigation support. These assignments have been prepared for a wide range of clients including public and private investment trusts, pension funds, investment banks, developers, federal and state government agencies, national and regional financial institutions, conduit lenders and law firms.
Prior to joining Capright, Mr. Oxtal started his valuation career at OREA Valuation and Advisory.
