To date, Ms. Arvila has personally completed valuation assignments encompassing numerous types of commercial properties in 14 US States, Canada, and Europe. Her experience includes a wide variety of engagements for numerous purposes including financial reporting, financing, estate and gift taxation, property tax appeals, purchase and sale advisement, marital dissolution, litigation support, purchase price allocation, and property insurance placement purposes. These assignments have been prepared for institutional clients including pension funds, lenders, trusts, corporations, and legal counsel.
Ms. Arvila has appraised numerous commercial property types, including the major asset classes of industrial, office, retail, multi-family, and hospitality. In addition, Ms. Arvila has also appraised manufactured housing communities, assisted living facilities, truck terminals, churches, hospitals, self-storage facilities, gasoline stations, residential subdivision developments, paper mills, and railroads.
Prior to joining Capright, Ms. Arvila spent six years with Stout Risius Ross, Inc., most recently serving as a Manager in the Real Estate Advisory Services practice of the Valuation and Financial Opinions Group in the Chicago office.
Prior to joining Stout Risius Ross, Inc., Ms. Arvila spent four years at the Bieri Company as Project Manager. Her responsibilities included retail real estate market research projects. During this time, clients served by the Bieri Company included many high end national and international retailers
