Jack Ferguson serves as Director of Strategic Growth at Capright, where he plays a central role in driving relationship-based business development, implementing strategic growth initiatives, and supporting senior leadership with the tools and inteligence needed to advance Capright’s national platform.
Jack’s role focuses on identifying high-quality opportunities across Capright’s growth verticals and aligning them with the firm’s service capabilities. Through deep research, thoughtful engagement strategies, and a high-colaboration approach, he helps position Capright as a trusted partner to institutional investors, advisors, and operators across the commercial real estate spectrum.
Jack leads the firm’s CRM implementation and pipeline management, ensuring al client interactions and business development activity are tracked, measurable, and strategicaly aligned. He also works closely with Capright’s Principals and Managing Directors to support key client initiatives, strengthen relationships, and improve the visibility of Capright’s market insights and valuation expertise.
With a background that bridges business development, strategic marketing, and client management, Jack brings a structured yet creative approach to growth. He has a deep interest in commercial real estate, capital markets, and valuation advisory services, and is passionate about helping Capright’s consultants focus on what they do best, delivering judgment, speed, and trust.
