Felipe Cabada

Felipe Cabada, Principal with Capright, has been active in the real estate industry since 2011. Mr. Cabada oversees nearshoring company operations and spearheads Data and Innovation Strategies.

Mr. Cabada leads the Managed Services division, a platform that offers tailored business solutions for research, process automation, digitalization, financial modeling, and database management.

Mr. Cabada has extensive valuation and consulting experience working on behalf of institutional clients across the US and Latin America. In addition, Mr. Cabada has completed numerous due diligence and financial modeling assignments for real estate funds with assets in Latin America.

Prior to joining Capright, Mr. Cabada completed project work as a Consultant for Colliers Latin America, where he began his commercial real estate career.

Mr. Cabada is a native of San José, Costa Rica and is fluent in Spanish and English.
