David Fuller, MAI, Managing Director at Capright, leads the firm’s hospitality practice and brings more than three decades of specialized experience in hospitality valuation and advisory. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation as one of the nation’s foremost experts in the valuation of complex hospitality assets, spanning from economy through super-luxury hotels along with U.S. and Caribbean resorts, golf courses, and gaming properties. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of both operational performance and real estate fundamentals, allowing him to deliver highly defensible, institutional-grade valuations across a wide range of asset types and market conditions.

In addition to his extensive valuation experience, Mr. Fuller has led numerous consulting engagements, advising clients on market studies, feasibility analyses, investment underwriting, due diligence, and litigation support.
