It was a pleasure to join ULI and the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority for the annual ULI Fort Lauderdale Forum. Always great to get updates on capital markets, projects, and investment trends.  It was also a fantastic to hear community leaders and developers discuss how the Fort Lauderdale market continues to evolve and diversify its economy with real estate development playing a leading role in the transformation.
