Capright Expands Hospitality Practice with the Addition of Industry Veteran Nina Owen, MAI

We are thrilled to announce that Nina Owen, MAI has joined Capright as a Managing Director and the head of our hospitality practice. Nina brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality valuation and consulting, as well as hotel operating experience, to her new role. As one of the nation’s leading experts on the valuation and operations of hospitality assets, she has completed assignments for a range of institutional, corporate, and individual clients for purposes of financial reporting, mortgage financing, acquisition and deposition, tax appeal, and purchase price allocation. Nina is an active member of the Cornell Real Estate Council (CREC) and the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network. As a respected thought leader in her practice area, she has authored several important articles and whitepapers and is a highly sought speaker for industry events.
