Another standout session, “Rising Tides and Rising Risk,” examined how climate change, social impact, and shifting demographic forces are redefining risk and value—especially in coastal markets like South Florida.

Our team also participated in the Valuation Committee’s deep-dive discussion on daily pricing methodologies and other emerging topics influencing valuation practices across portfolios.
