Henrique Esperança

Henrique Miranda Gama da Esperança, a Real Estate Analyst with Capright, has been active in the real estate industry since 2024.

Mr. Esperança has participated in valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence assignments encompassing projects throughout Brazil. These assignments have been prepared for a wide range of clients including pension funds, real estate investment funds, investment advisors, developers, and
national and regional financial institutions.

He currently serves as an Analyst, assisting in the preparation of real estate appraisal reports in Brazil, and has appraisal exposure across the major asset classes of retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and multi-family.

Prior to joining Capright, Mr. Esperança held an internship position at OTC Derivatives at J.P. Morgan and an internship at a Multi-Family Office, where he gained experience in financial operations and investment support activities.

Mr. Esperança is a native of Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and English, with intermediate proficiency in German
