Steven J. Henderson MAI

Steve Henderson, Principal with Capright, has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. To date, Mr. Henderson has completed or supervised over 1,000 valuation assignments throughout the western United States.

Mr. Henderson has a wide variety of appraisal expertise including retail, office, industrial and multifamily. Specific appraisal experience includes apartments, distribution warehouse, shopping centers, high-rise office towers, hotels, restaurants, golf courses, self-storage, hospitals, right-of-way, charter schools, planned communities, residential subdivisions, vacant land, agribusiness, mobile housing parks and convenience stores.

Assignments have been completed for a variety of purposes including asset management, loan underwriting, estate planning, feasibility, tax appeal, condemnation, and litigation support. These assignments have been prepared for a wide range of clients including investment trusts, pension funds, investment banks, developers, federal and state government agencies, financial institutions, conduit lenders and law firms.

Prior to joining Capright, Mr. Henderson was a Senior Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors where he began his real estate valuation career.
