Capright Team Gathers in San Diego for All Company Conference

Starting the new year on the right foot! The whole Capright family spent two days in San Diego for our 2020 All Company Conference with special guest speakers Stephanie Cochran from American Realty Advisors and Chuck DiRocco, CRE, CCIM, FRICS from Ankura.

Wednesday was an information packed day! Our Capright team participated in discussions about changing the appraisal deliverables moderated by Selina McUmber, MAI, MRICS and Taylor Green, MAI. We were given AE/Excel tips & tricks from Doug Ticus, MAI, MRICS, Steve Henderson, MAI and Dorcey Abshier. We finished the afternoon with an insightful fireside chat with Stephanie Cochran and Keith Darin about understanding the client perspective.

Thursday was another great day at the conference. Chuck DiRocco, CRE, CCIM, FRICS gave a thought provoking presentation on the state of the US economy and its impact on CRE. Mango REIX super-users Kris Oxtal, Kyle Rezwin, Steve Henderson, MAI, Lowell Lewis and Doug Ticus, MAI, MRICS showed new ways our team is using the product to drive efficiency and client value. Felipe Cabada introduced our new Costa Rica research team and Shaun Oxtal, MAI, MRICS provided tips on how to obtain the most accurate and relevant information. The meeting concluded with Jay Marling reflecting on our successes in 2019 and forecasting a 2020 filled with innovation.
