Nere Flores, a Senior Associate with Capright, currently assists senior Capright staff with research, financial analysis and valuation of commercial real estate assets within the United States. These assignments consist of various property types including office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets. Ms. Flores also has experience in the valuation of vacant land and development assets. Assignments are prepared for a wide range of clients including real estate investment trusts, national and regional financial institutions, pension funds and pension fund advisors.

Ms. Flores researches and analyzes property-specific information, conducts market research, creates cashflow projections with financial modeling software and assists with the written composition of appraisal reports. The primary purpose of these assignments varies from client to client; however, they are typically for secured lending, financial reporting, asset management and portfolio monitoring and for loan monitoring purposes.

Prior to joining Capright, Ms. Flores was an Assistant Vice President, Portfolio and Data Analyst for InterBank where she created, managed, and improved various financial reports, such as quarterly funding schedules, contingency reports, and the commercial real estate risk management program. Prior to this role with Interbank, Ms. Flores worked as a Credit Analyst underwriting acquisition, construction, and refinance debt for various asset classes including hospitality, industrial, land development, multifamily, office, retail, and assisted living/memory care facilities. Preceding InterBank, Ms. Flores worked for Realty Capital as a Development Associate conducting various real estate market analysis. Ms. Flores is bilingual in English and Spanish.
