Mr. McUmber has completed appraisal assignments for a variety of commercial properties across the US in the major asset classes of industrial, office, retail and multi-family. These assignments have been completed primarily for financial reporting for pension fund requirements, asset management and portfolio monitoring, and for collateral financing. The assignments have been prepared for various clients including pension funds, pension fund advisers, investment advisers, and national and regional financial institutions.
Prior to joining Capright, Mr. McUmber was an Associate with Walden-Marling, Inc. where he also focused on commercial real estate valuation.
Before beginning his real estate valuation career, Mr. McUmber worked in various managerial and process improvement positions as a combat engineer officer in the United States Marine Corps, and as an operations supervisor at McMaster-Carr Supply Company.
