Prior to joining Capright, Ms. Cintron was a Senior Development Researcher with Combined Jewish Philanthropies where she partnered with development staff on prospect management strategies for major donors to support the annual fundraising goal. Responsibilities included the creation of policies and procedures for both new donor prospects and database management, as well as preparation of briefings for the President and volunteer leadership. With over ten years of experience in the non-profit sector, Ms. Cintron brings a unique skill set to the Capright team.
