J. Paul Williams MAI

Paul Williams, Senior Director at Capright, has been active in the real estate industry since 1980. Prior to joining Capright in 2016, Mr. Williams served as President of Axiom Corporation, as well as founding a commercial appraisal firm and a custom homebuilding firm.

Mr. Williams has performed appraisal and appraisal review services in multiple sectors, including multifamily (including HUD, FHA and Fannie/Freddie compliant), congregate housing, healthcare, industrial/office, retail, restaurants, land, and hospitality. He has also performed numerous Rent Comparability studies (RCS) throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

In addition to his valuation experience, Mr. Williams served as an instructor at Temple University and an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire, where he developed and delivered real estate and appraisal courses, prepared course materials, taught classes, and mentored students in both schools’ real estate programs.
