Ana C. Ribeiro

Ana Ribeiro, Managing Director with Capright has been active in the real estate industry since 2008.

Since joining Capright in 2010, Ms. Ribeiro has personally completed or supervised numerous valuation, due diligence, and specialized consulting assignments encompassing projects throughout the major markets of Brazil. She currently oversees all of the company’s Brazil operations and has a team of experts versed in the modern valuation process and IVS/IFRS compliance for investment funds with assets in Brazil. Ms. Ribeiro was also part of the team that created SiiLA, a data and information platform for commercial real estate in Latin America that spun-off from Capright in June 2015. Ms. Ribeiro currently serves on SiiLA’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Ribeiro began her real estate career at Mesirow Financial, a diversified financial firm headquartered in Chicago. At Mesirow, Ms. Ribeiro held the position of Team Coordinator in the Condominium Risk Management insurance practice. Earlier in her professional career, she worked at Coface North America providing accounts receivable insurance expertise to US companies. Ms. Ribeiro is a native of Belo Horizonte, Brazil and is bilingual in Portuguese and English.
