COVID-19 Will Leave Year-End Capital Values 9% Lower

“When the investment market resumes later in the year, we think investors will be nervous around real estate cashflows and will require additional yield to transact. Capital values will fall by 9% this year, although in our base case, they grow by 8% in 2021.”
