Capright has entered into an agreement with Hipercept to develop a new user interface for its proprietary real estate transaction platform in Brazil known as SiiLA. The new SiiLA platform will be the first of its kind in Brazil, providing users with subscription access to previously unattainable commercial real estate transaction and capital market information throughout the major markets of Brazil.
“Hipercept was the ideal partner for this project given its unparalleled experience in building applications and platforms for many of the largest players in the real estate industry,” said Jay Marling, CEO of Capright. “This new user interface will go a long way towards delivering greater transparency to Brazil’s commercial real estate markets.”
“We are thrilled by the opportunity to work with Capright, a trusted advisor to so many large institutional players in the Brazilian real estate markets,” said Hipercept CEO, Damien Georges.“We are convinced that SiiLA will be the central data platform for Brazil’s commercial real estate industry in the years to come.”
Subscription to the SiiLA Transaction Database will allow users to quickly and affordably obtain property transaction information, such as rental rates, sale prices and cap rates. Capright plans to offer subscription access to SiiLA starting in the fall of 2015!
